I'm in Tokyo visiting the Japanese car coach manufacturer Mitsuoka Motors and their fashion supercar the Orochi Groovy Baby: Ive always been intrigued by the design of this car. It does LOOK like a supercar. Ever since it dominated when I played the game Auto Modellista. Its chassis was of an NSX basis I think, and its engine is from a Camry. Camrys arent too slow and it makes decent power with the upgrades it has. Its also lightweight but has a less stripped down interior than other super cars as well. Mitsuoka builds luxury cars out of nothing. Making rolls Royce comforts from nissans with mustang engines. So its comfortable and its got a little get up. Like you mentioned it was meant it be a fashion supercar, their words, as in on the surface. But its not all facade, with it being a Toyota engine Id imagine there a plenty of simple and easy bolt on parts that could take this to Ferrari levels of supercar performance. Its just their interpretation of the word. It still does have plenty of get up for its hp per ton but Id like to slap a turbo on one and floor it one day. Ive always liked weird stuff and this is no exception but I can admit when something is ugly. To me, this is not ugly but just like fashion, some wont get it and everyone has their taste. Its different but its better than other supercar companies that shell out the typical bodystyle. Its far from too different though, it clearly has a supercar look. I was looking to get one to the states and I heard Mitsuoka was getting near the UK now. They usually make sort of modified cars so this was a big step to use an original design completely. They also make a lotus 7 copy, and fancy Nissan leafs, a Miata based Morgan aero looking old style car, a Miata based corvette copy called the rockstar, long luxury cars from Nissan shells looking like fake Bentleys, theyre a very interesting car company. They stopped making these though: (

I'm Australian and never heard of you before but its so good hearing my own accent talking about cars. Its really hard to enjoy cars in Australia now and i think a lot of people are even afraid to record themselves enjoying cars in case there are repercussions. They say that to destroy a people you just need to make sure that they have no future so i guess you have to spend most of your time outside of Australia but you do whatever you need to do to survive and i will follow you.

If a car was made to quit, or dismiss, it would have been known. By the way it stand a moveable place you could conceive as part of yourself for a while. When it's done. Even if it's a deal. Let's considering this as a fun fact, it stand quite. Hey guys Don't you nahhh (Never get what she means, if she ever means, whatsoever was meant )

I live in Lowell Massachusetts and in this city Asian demographic is very high here. One thing I notice all the women have to sit in the backseat most of the time while the husband is in the front with no one in the front passenger seat? Thats just how their customs are I guess

Supercar Blondie - You are more beautiful than this vehicle; really what a cheek with the runabout for this ugly vehicle I think the film was better spent on you. Your husband should be a proud man being married to a talented and good looking person like you in his life

I think you will find they were restricted by very tough laws in Japan about car dealers and passengers. Also filming private homes in Japan takes a national convention to sign of on it. Well not really but darn close. They respect peoples privacy greatly.

Really nice interior, stylistically superior than a lot of modern supercars, the rear and sides like decent, the front looks like a mutated fish though. and supercars havent been 200hp for decades. I would class it more of a luxury show car kinda thing.

You in the welding helmet on Facebook Thanks for taking a second to acknowledge the business that makes most of the modern world possible I say this because I own a manufacturing and welding company and I really appreciate it

Too bad Mitsuoka didnt allow you to drive. Its their loss and they should know being introduced on your platform is too good to be true considering how little Mitsuoka is known globally Next time when you plan to go take me with you & I will help
