Scotty my 2000 Chevy Silverado 1500 5. 3 runs well but sometimes it just loses power and hesitates. I got it scanned and was told it was a fuel pressure regulator. Out of curiosity I asked them to scan it again and this time it said it sensed a fault code for the crank and 2 cylinders aren t firing right. I m super confused. By the way it makes a clicking noise while running and I was told that the lifter could be getting stuck. I already used sea foam but I haven t seen any improvements. Also funny thing for some reason the truck seemed to run better when I put in a brand new battery. It s just a mess and I m curious if it s mechanical or electrical which is super broad but the truck runs fine but randomly decides to go limp. It almost sounds like diesel when it loses power. I m guessing because the cylinders are miss firing or something. Any clue. this was super long. Hope you can help me. Keep up the videos.

Hi Scotty. Thanks for posting.
Land Rover stay away. Anyone I've known that owned them had to spend to keep them on the road. Land Rover/Jaguar seem to have joined up and share dealerships. Most of the advertising I hear for Land Rover they use English actors.
Some people are suckered by the English accent. Don't fall for it.
Don't be fooled by the advertising of all these really really bad car companies.
The 09 Forester I have BURNS oil.
I stay on top of fluid changes. I put over 12k/year on the
Forester. I cant do the work because I don't have the time and its important to recycle these fluids properly.
Toyota also need routine maintenance. Newer Toyota oil filters read directions very carefully and have patience.
Be well everyone and please drive safely.

I mean my dad had luck with his 06 Range Rover Westminster supercharged. It has 257k miles so far. Most expensive maintenance work we done on it was the air suspension other than that engine and transmission is surprisingly factory. Still runs great till this day but the 02 sensor went out few days back. Gonna replace it myself soon. I did do a few mods to it like all aluminum reservoirs, upgraded brake lines and upgraded radiator. Believe me or not it never broke down on us because we did most of the maintenance at dealer and after warrantee ended we did everything ourselves. Hopefully it gives us until 300k or more. I d stay away from the newer ones.

Heyy Scotty love your videos I have a question I have a Hyundai Santa Fe with almost 180000 kms and it has a problem, the car won t start up in one go I went to the local mechanic and they said to change the spark plugs and we replaced them with Toyota s spark plugs the car runs smoother than before but it wouldn t start in one go so we went to the mechanic again and he told us that we might have to clean out the fuel pump but it didn t work then We replaced it with a new one and it still has the same problem I need help and it jerks when I shift to drive and reverse it has a new transmission

I bought some wire conduit to cover wires that the old wire conduit was crumbling off of. The Walmart brand wire conduit tubing is better and thicker than Doorman wire conduit I bought at O'Reilly auto parts. Walmart didn't have 3/4 wire conduit that's the only reason I went I O'Reilly to buy some. The Doorman brand wire conduit is really thin I am not sure how long it will last, but I didn't have to much 3/4 and I electrical taped over most the 3/4 wire conduit to replace. The thin Doorman brand wire conduit is not a quality replace part but it is better than nothing.
