You should take it to court but u need to show how hard it is to see the sign and explain that you honestly didn't know it was there and that there should be a bigger sign to let people who hasnt ever been there know. Now i do not agree with parking on the side of the road like that because it is dangerous but still you didnt know. Like so he can see.

Never pay their fines and when they ask for your ssn and phone number tell him NO they are NOT entitled to that info. he violated your rights and you need to sue him for every cent he has and force his dept to fire him and hopefully he will end up bankrupt and homeless and will be beaten to a pulp every day and night.

Take it to court. That dude was super sour for no reason. If I was the Ranger, I'd talk to you, find out why you were there, and then explain things to you and send you on your way. no camping, that's a joke becuase how that sign is set up it's so you don't pitch tents over were that sign was.

39513likes to go to court? Last time I check state federal or county no cameras and phones allowed in a court room and no recording in the court room maybe it's different in Utah but thats the case in Delaware

Take it to court What is THEIR definition of camping and why isn't the sign visible? I would have assumed that there was no camping beyond that tiny sign hidden by the bushes, etc.
