ANYONE who cannot see the love between these two, or perhaps disagree with it for whatever reason- are bc of their OWN insecurities, unworldly ways, and lack of life experience- or maybe it-s bc they-ve never been blessed with the gift of knowing true love themselves. Jealousy can make us feel/do/say some very ugly things.
I for one- couldn-t be happier to see a little boy grow up surrounded by love and a role model of what a real man is.

My sweet mama met me father when she was only 13. He was slmost 40. She married and had 3 kids by 17. Crazy about my daddy. But he died when she was in her forties. Had 7 girls and 7 boys. Worked like a mule. But widowed so young. And when you are married most of your life, you don't know any other way. She never remarried. She would have been 91 her next birthday. Too busy raising kids and grandkids to run after men.

Awwww As Long as they found Happiness with eachother is all that matters. And from what I saw they love eachother very much and will make it work. Two very humble souls in love. And to all the Naysayers, watch! They will be married till the end. It looks like they work and communicate together so well and that is key.

They could easily have 40 wonderful years together. A young couple could get married in their 20s and one of them die after a short time together. You just don't know what life will bring. If you love each other and are happy, screw everyone else -

He's 58. He does look much older. A haircut might help but he gives off an older vibe. If he's 58 with her being youngish but not super young, the age gap isn't a big deal I guess. Hope it works for them.

Besides all the obvious reasons, he is 30 years older. He will die before she reaches age 50. It will break her heart. 30 years from now she will be 58. He will be close to 90.
