It's 100 years since the Bolsheviks took power in Russia. Neil and Catherine teach you how to use language in the news in your everyday English. Low-key events are being held in Russia to mark the 100th anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution. I googled the word 'low-key' addressed in this episode of News Review for news articles containing the word 'low-key'
But unfortunately I got a very wide range of results from it which had little to do with studying more about the word 'low-key'.
Then I googled the third word 'the promise of' in an attempt to get various news articles using the word 'the promise of'
so that I can see the extended use of the promise of in different sentences.
and as a result I got what I was looking for
but I couldn't work out how I put together all the articles I got to write an essay.
I will try to come up with a better idea for an essay featuring those words in an effort to improve my English skills.
Thanks BBC Learning English News Review for the great works.

Russian Revolution it is very ambigious event actually. It caused a lot of dreadfull and terrific events (for example civilian war). So it it is hard to talk about high-key celebration with baloons and stuff.
