What really matters is being healthy and feeling good about your body.

Objetification is a very important issue in our society nowadays.
I don't think that Love Island' people are a role model for me. Of course, a beautiful body is inspiring, but what you have in your head (mind) and your behavior is crucial. You can be happy without a perfect body, but you can't without your mind and a role model behaviour.

narcissism- One is more obsessed about himself and do not care about anyone else.
