For Canada, the senate has unequal representation, even provincially. Why should Quebec and Ontario get more senators and be counted as individual provinces when the others are lumped together in regions?
Don't even get me started on French being an official language due to historical reasons, but first nations (native americans) languages are overlooked despite thousands of years of longer history and culture.

Why did the founding fathers want the Legislative Branch to have more power than either the Executive or Judicial Branches of our American government?
