The impressive desert and mountainous areas of Iran and Uzbekistan are a traveler-s dream destination. In the desert city of Yazd we encounter places and traditions of the Persian Zoroastrian religion. In Kerman we get intimate impressions of a family-s preparations for the New Year-s celebration Nowruz. Then it-s on to bigger adventures: snowy mountains, incredible heights, salt deserts and finally the incredible desert scenery of Kalout. Our way is also paved by the fascinating and open people we meet: a camel breeder, women who share their stories of peasant life, a Sufi Master and herbalist who lets us in on the secrets of his trade and religious practice

Hello Get. Factual
I really enjoyed this documentary and appreciate your good job. but as the name of your chanel is Get. Factual i could not stop my self not correcting you about the name Arabian sea which is a fake name, there is no Arabian see and had never been a sea called Arabian see, there is no historical background and documents and evidence which show such a name.
I understand the amount of money that some Arabic countries pay for promoting this fake name is not ignorable but will ruin your reputation.

3: 46 Iran is the center of the (old) world and one only needs to look at the map. I don't know about being called Orient, which is based on western perspective.
Isfahan is truly a magnificent city. Too bad the river is running (temporarily) dry these days.

reply

-8: 53. He mentions Sufis. Iranians are overwhelmingly Sufi and Sunni. Both Saadi and Hafez were Sunni and belonged to Sunni Sufi orders. Saadi wrote extensively on the links with the Qadiri order in Baghdad.

The architecture of Samarkand lives even in the sound of the name, Samarkand: mythic, inscrutable, evocative. Thank you for this great introduction. -

Another correction, Zoroastrian is much older than what you mentioned in Persia. It goes back to 6000 BC. Any how, you did try, and it is admirable

The title of the video is a factual statement. It's true. There shouldn't be a question mark at the end. Please delete the question mark. ---
