Nel impero Ottomano l'unico proprietario terrestre era lo stesso Sultano; che concedeva a piacere terreni a musulmani.
Era anche questo un modo per costringere i sudditi Cristiani a diventare Musulmani, in questo caso i Cham.
Tutti i terreni dei varii paesi occupati erano in mani Musulmane. Dopo la liberazione tutti i terreni passavano alla proprieta' del
nuovo stato. Tutte le concesioni del Sultano, naturalmente, non erano piu valide, perche' non c'erano titoli di proprieta'.
p. s. Genocidio non e' la parola adeguata per descrivere l'allontanamento violento dei filofascisti Cham.

Greece took Northern Epirus 3 times and 3 times it was Italy who did everything in its power to prevent northern epirus to join Greece.
