video description

Rating: 4.0; Vote: 1
Neuralink, Elon Musk-s brain chip, recently pushed back on claims that they violated animal welfare laws a few years ago, while testing on monkeys. This year, the company plans to test on human subjects. What does this mean for brain implant science? Correction: - 6: 20 - The review period is 30 days, not 90. technology like this cybernetics cant wait for exciting stuff fingers crossed we end up with a cyberpunk 2077 civilization unlikely but I can hope. Also animal testing is generally wrong however with this kind of technology and the benefits we can gain i think animal testing is okay because if we didn't we would test it on humans and if there's something wrong were talking brain damage id much rather find out if it causes brain damage on an animal than a human.

Revelation 13: 16-18
16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

This is insane to think about. The sad part is, what if the sounds that the neurons are making can be played back and control the animal or person, the rich could create massive armies all being controlled, that could complete tasks for them. I doubt they will do this with humans, but they might with animals, which is almost sadder.

Unfortunately, sometimes when people have good intentions with technology that could help others, there are always those who take it too far. I can-t agree with this technology because I think it is the beginning of something very bad. Give them an inch and they take a mile.

I can see the upside, as you are showing; however, I can see a possible downside. Whoever, controls the mind of another. we're talking dangerous territory. Even God allows people free choice. This sounds like it could be control of the souls of mankind. in the wrong hands.

In this kind of technological development, we should always remind ourselves that knives don't kill people, it's people who kill people. It all depends on our humanity whether we could incorporate scientific development into social happiness.

I-m all for science helping humanity, and helping people with they-re ailments, but using poor animals as test subjects is wrong wrong wrong! If you need a test subject, get a person who agrees to participate in the study.

This whole thing is like a coin. Yeah it has such fantastic possibilities. BUT on the other hand what happens if somebody hacks it? What can they make you do against your will?
It's something to think about.
