Between viewing various gameplay vids of SoP, I'm really getting the feeling SE didn't have anything in mind other than seeing how the jobs system worked out. The graphics are a downgrade from FF7R and the story's a non-issue (because everyone who's played FF1 knows how this ends.
I'm not saying it's bad, I'm just wondering what the point of this game is? Like nobody was clamoring for more Garland backstory and to release it right after ER/FF7R/etc, seems like they just shit out a battle system, tacked on a story to it and sold it as a game.

I played the demo of this game the problem is that there is no map, i-ve been going in circles for hours i got lost i had no idea where to go also about the jobs it took me a while to understand them and how to use them, i liked the graphics and the combat but i was really disappointed about the game, i thought it would be more like FF7 remake

there is a huge flaw compared to nioh here, every enemy has a very hard time telling when they are attacking due to the camera zoomed out, its very hard to tell what is going on compared to nioh when hitting any1, they also stagger easier in nioh which makes it more fun to do combo, here its pretty hard to tell when they retaliate

Looks good but I can-t go back to this play style compared to the free fight form in final fantasy 15 I just like that style of combat better I mean this is kinda similar in some areas tho but definitely feels less fluid like final fantasy 10 which is still fun I guess it-s just personal preference

So final fantasy gameplay has evolve since Final Fantasy 7 remake, but i love this new gameplay: )
Much more to do in battle rather waiting our time for attack to come, it feels i'm playing Final Fantasy + Monster Hunter at the same time.

Visually it looks good overall without comparing it to the latest AAA games, but damn the lip syncing in the standard cut scenes bugs me to hell. Also it's ashame that the world is broken into warp points and not all joined together.

The chatacter movement is like Mr. Game & Watch. Just switch from running to standing pose in 1 frame. No transition animation. Overall graphics look like -The Bouncer- PS2 game with worse movement graphics.

This game is lazy as hell you can talk to npc in town through a map menu? No open world we cannot jump on everything just cause it says FF this is poor production just my opinion

Hopefully this scratches my Nioh and FF itch for a while. Game looks a lot better than I initially thought. Combat looks solid and that crystal breaking looks pretty dope.

Tried the demo on PS4 and it really looks rough. And to be honest. the story is kinda boring so I don't think I'll be picking it up.
