First off, websites like Looper are not trustworthy. Nothing has been made official by DC, Warner Bros, or Todd and Phoenix. Second, a Joker 2 would must definitely ruin what the first one stood for, or what many people thought it stood for. It is just one of those movies that leaves you wanting more, but it will be best to just have one, and lead everyone else to speculation to what they have just witnessed. That is also what makes Joker an awesome movie.

Joker doesnt need a sequel, but if youre going to have joker in ANY DC movie regarding Batman and or the character joker. you need Joaquin Phoenix. I think it would be really nice to have an origin of Batman and Joker. I think that DC has a lot of opportunity to catch up per say with this movie. If they took the opportunity to sprout off this movie, DC would be fantastically unrecognizable s

That kind of reminds me of Venom Snake from mgsv where at the end u see Big Boss in the original metal gear game wasnt the real big boss, it was Venom Snake, ahab. But for this the real joker inspires the actual joker? That even makes Joker backstory to think, where did he come to that point of him snapping and being inspired by Arthur Fleck?

Maybe 2 have auther lose control but see him at more darker joker like he saw him slef with the naber or when he was on stage and sins you sayd young bruise would be in model school but at the end have auther get killed then in the 3rd one have some one put auther in the Lazarus pit and brung back to life

I would rather see a film similar to joker but about penguin, 2 face or riddler, showing what turned them the way they are in the aftermath of jokers destruction of Gotham, subtly linking them all while building towards their own avengers style team up, them trying to take down the batman

I want a sequel that shows him as intelligent. Dont get me wrong, I thought the movie was spectacular and hes tied with Heath Ledger as my favorite Joker. I just think that his intelligence has always been a big part of him. I cant really see this Joker outsmarting anyone.

I think a sequel might take away some of the brilliance of the first movie. Jokers identity was barely exposed to a name and profession in the first movie and revealing any more debatedly fake depictions would ruin jokers iconic image.

Better be a One flew over the Cuckoo's nest Type movie about how joker Rallys the psychos and builds a army then escapes the asylum. They can show many other mental health problems and villains. Just call it Arkham Asylum
