I picked pile 1 and it fits to a tee. I was told I was getting made redundant 2 weeks ago. On merit I should have retained by job as I am far more experienced than one of the 2 other people who got the 2 positions available. I know that I was rated down based on me telling my boss before restructuring that i was looking at other jobs as there weren't any opportunities for me to move into a more senior role.
I also know that I was unfairly rated on at least 1 catagory as they said the staff member who is more junior to me rated better on skill mix the team wanted - but she has the same skill mix as me having done the same type of role prior but I have 10 years experience and she only has 5 years.
I was told the decision to make me redundant and not appoint me into a role was not based on my experience or performance but career aspirations and skill mix the team wanted which sounded pretty weak reasons. I sought legal advice on this and was told there were several problems with their decision and I would win a case on unjustified dismissal. My employer has accepted they need to negotiate a payment with my lawyer on top of my redundancy. I am now applying for more senior jobs than I was doing in my current role and have 2 interviews lined up.
My employer will also have to change my employment record to say that I resigned as they stuffed up the whole appointment process - to the extent they should have just job matched my and my colleague into 2 similar roles rather than opening it up to a third applicant who was doing a really different role. They are likely to need to pay me out 2 months salary on top of 3 months redundancy. I think I am probably going to end up much better off for them making me redundant overall although it has been very stressful and it was a shock at first

The three eyes gave me a hint this reading was for me. But seeing the learning card (the map) getting covered with the literal world card (freedom from that wall, is too much of a coincidence for me to ignore

Pile 2. This was, again, a weirdly specific reading. Sounds wonderful and scary. The timing thing works for us in the Southern Hemisphere as October is our Spring, so we are coming out of winter. And I have been trying to make myself do a particular journey via public transport as my car is old and I am not sure it will make it. I have been looking at maps and transits (this is a big deal for me, not done this in many years i am sort of ashamed to say) so maybe this is a push to do it. Cool reading, Reem: )

Been following since 2023, so far ur reading has always been quite accurate. Quite astonished tbh, considering i don't believe in this kind of stuff. It scares me a bit, literally. (I also always choose pile no. 3 and reading has been accurate ever since 2023 what are the odds of that)

Pile 2: oh wow, I am doing my master degree so definitely the book is for me and higher education is for me.
I was actually confused between pile 1 and pile 2 and I couldn’t choose. When you told me to check out pile 1 I knew I had to check both.

Interesting thing to point out about the 10 in pile 2. The 10 of March is daylight saving & new moon. On the 25th is a full moon which we’ll have a moon eclipse. The 25=10 with both dates for the moon aligning is funny

I saw pile 1 and 2, both were so accurate especially 1. It's heartbreaking when your own family is against you and you are the black sheep in the family. Also in April i am planning to leave far away from them.
