with all the madness going on in New York you could’ve moved to the Miami area or anywhere in Florida.
Florida is safer compared to New York, has a better Governor in my opinion, nicer weather unless you like the cold winters in New York, more beautiful exotic women, your style and fashion sense fits the Miami lifestyle, etc.

There will always be guys hating and saying you are a show off. You work hard for many years to get to where you are at now financially. You deserve it Alex! This should be an inspiration for all men to be motivated to put in work, to earn the better things in life. Whatever that may be are subjective of course.

as somebody who also hangs majority of my clothes on hangers. whats the trick to not have the collar stretch out i find that happens occasionally and really ruins the fit of the shirt
