Hey man Alex. I go to gym almost everyday. So I have no choice but to wash my hair everyday. On the day's I don't go the gym I play football or something. So does this mean that I shouldn't wash my hair? Cause it gets sweaty everyday.

I don't get the shower cap. I know you're not supposed to 'wash' your hair everyday, but surely if you've been working out and sweating you'd at least want to rinse it with water?
