Mattress: spring, foam or futon. Don't sleep on hard floor.
Pillow: optional coverings too. Protects head, shoulders and aligns spine. Also collects sweat.
Blanket: or duvet, quilt or towel. Merely to provide warmth.
Platform: preferably raised but not important, to store daily collect and accessories.
Notice, this is basically a bed and a table.
