JOIN THE INNER CIRCLE: What time do you wake up everyday? When I was younger, I attended a military school that forced me to wake up at 4: 30AM and it changed me. Waking up early has its many benefits but a lot of us struggle to do it without feeling miserable all day. Today we're going over how you can wake up early every single day making sure you feel great and energized all day long

The -British medical journal- published a study in 2017 which clearly shows why coffee can also be healthy.
1. it decreases the risk of cancer. Patients who drink more coffee than others have an up to 18% lower chance of developing cancer than those who do not.
2. Coffee is good for the cardiovascular system, prevents cardiovascular diseases, reduces the risk of dying from a heart attack or stroke, is good for life and the kidneys and thus also protects against diseases such as liver cancer. There are also scientific findings that clearly show that coffee is good for the teeth. In addition to caffeine, coffee contains many other substances that, among other things, prevent caries bacteria from settling on dental plaque. Furthermore, there is no scientific evidence that coffee promotes high blood pressure.
All information relates to patients who consume 3-4 cups of coffee per day. So you see, all in all, coffee is quite healthy, you just have to pay attention to drinking it black, because only without milk or sugar is it actually so healthy.

While the production quality is good, the information in this video seems to assume that problems with sleep are the result of being disorganized or unmotivated, and this isn't particularly valuable (or true. One who is struggling with his or her sleep schedule needs a basic, user-friendly explanation of the _biological mechanisms_ that affect sleep, and nothing here offers such insight.
For example, counting and other mental trickery to -will- ourselves to be more motivated to rise does nothing. Far more helpful would be a layman's explanation of chronotypes, cortisol, sleep phases, and light cues, along with anecdotal information about how people who have legitimate disorders are successfully managing them. The average person may not know to make changes such as managing stress better so that the proper amount of cortisol is released at the correct time, or that making the bedroom pitch black and using timed dimming effectively controls delayed phase sleep disorder. Nor is such good insight published in any research paper that I'm aware of.

I'm very likely to oversleep when I don't get enough rest on any given night, even when I did all other nights. At the very least, I struggle with sleep inertia hours into the day. This is as much a motivational issue as highway hypnosis is a motivational issue. I find that drinking a third to a half of a standard sized can of energy drink and taking 10mg of melatonin immediately before bed completely eliminates the grogginess and lethargy if I'm able to rest for at least 5 hours. Like Plan B, this is for emergency use only. I hope someone finds this useful.

Tip if you have trouble waking up early: put your alarm very loud and far enough that you have to get out of bed to turn it off. You will be so scared the alarm wakes up your family/ or you will be so annoyed you can't sleep anymore that when the alarm rings you will jump out of bed.

For me, I started waking up early without being tired (mostly at 6 - 7 am) when I started working out and stopped consuming junk food and sugar.
Though sometimes it gets annoying, especially when you don't have much to do in that day )

I actually tried that countdown thing too even before watching this video and I used to say that -If i will not wake in 5 seconds then I don-t love(anything like my crush etc. -)- and it used to work well.

Tbh, I just woke up, then I saw this vid. When I saw the countdown, I did it then drink my first glass of water. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW EASY THAT WAS! I WAS LAUGHING INSIDE!

One morning I used the countdown method but I counted to 30. by doing so I ended up luring myself to sleep, so yeah count to 3 before you fall back asleep

As an ex Seminarian, i grew up in a rigid schedule 6am but we need to study a lot and i wake up 2 am. When you got a good routine it will feel natural

I have a habit of going to sleep late because im on my phone ill dose off and wake up and continue using my phone i need to stop it.

I think the -3. 2. 1. - countdown point is going to be very useful for me. It'd kill me to lay in bed after counting down from 3 to 1.
reply

I didn't know this video will change my life. I'm motivated now. I cannot thank you enough Alex-
