For those who know 0 about skincare, do basic Cleanser, Moisturizer and Suncreen from brand like Cerave, Ordinary, Paula's choice, selfless by hyram etc. These are brands that actually make skincare, unlike adding fragrance, perfume, menthol, sulphate in the name of masculine (Mens product. Ofcourse Alex is a great guy for fashion/lifestyle but guess what he probably never uses the brand he mentions because they are simply not perfect for your skin in the long run. Respect all the other tips from alex, he 100% right but in skincare do your own research guys watch dermatologists and skin experts like doctorly, hyram, dr. vanita rattan. If you re a guy suffering from acne and stuff skincare is not as simple as buying a kit from a brand you think is good. Research about every single product and its uses and make sure they do not contain atleast sulphate, essential oils, perfume, fragrance, witch hazel and much more tbh.

I have a big problem with your idea. As you told us that u substitute milk with water and stopped eating nuts for not getting acne and for good skin. But I think it is not good. Because we need at least 1or1. 5 glass of milk a day. And for people above 30 needs at least 2. 5 glasses of milk a day. Nor you will not get good quantity of calcium and other essential nutrients that are present in milk and nuts also. It is rich in good fats like omega 3 fatty acids. But u guys will tell me not today. Because in todays life people completely depend on supplements whether it may be protein, vitamins and calcium also. This is what I hate most about Alexa Costa. If someone is a child why wouldn't u give him supplements for that. Think of it. Nature is great. Eating things in its natural form rather than machinized would benefit us more.

Sir you said that's that nuts giving pimples because nuts has hot nature whenever use please soak nuts overnight and consume its nature is now normal and milk you said that its giving pimples and acne you right but use organic a2 cow milk from farmers and boil and drink warm milk before bed and 3 hr after meal its good for overall health thank you so much love you ---

For my Indian brothers, don't cut down on dairy. We Indians have always been lactose tolerant, i never gets acne or pimples i consume dairy everyday.
