Juliana and Mark, thanks so much for publishing many of your beautiful videos. I have been practicing yoga daily with your videos for months now. As part of my appreciation to you two, I added Japanese subtitle to this Easy Yoga For Beginners today. This is my first time contribution to the Boho or even Youtube community, so I am not too sure if it successfully worked or not. For life, I translate and interpret mainly in medical field. Since I am also a dancer and yoga practitioner, the quality of my work should not be bad. I wanted to return something back to you two. Let me know if I can do anything else in the future

I did enjoy. with being a complete, true beginner. u should allow just a little more time for us to get into position. also, there has got to be some modifications. With ppl like me who are short, and trying to lose weight, there isnt a lot of room to cross legs over at the knee. your videos would be perfect if it met the needs of those who need modifications, like me Thank you for the experience

Excellent for me (If you find this too fast, you need to probably do a fundamental class first so you know the poses as she calls them. I am getting back into YOGA after being a YOGA WARRIOR and injuring myself. I LOVE flows and this is a great one for me to strengthen and loosen every part of me enough to find my way back to a full-length, challenging flow.

This video is not for beginners. Please dont try this at home if you practice for the first time yoga. It looks easy but is not, and your spine will feel that in time. Best thing, practice with a person that can supervise your moves. You as a publisher should give all this advise to your public. but for views we do anything these days. Good luck

I can see this is a nice yoga routine but it's not beginner I can't even sit cross legged or intertwine my arms. Yikes I think a true beginners routine would first include explanations for how to properly do the stretch. Then a section going through the workout. Beginners won't even understand the names of the stretches.

This was honestly the best beginner yoga vid I've found yet It's not TOO beginner, so I still feel it and it's still a little challenging, really stretches me out in the morning so relaxing, I have anxiety but the consistent flow of this really calmed my mind and body together. Thank you so much for uploading

Ahhh this felt so good I been doing yoga for a week now beginners but this wasnt to bad some were difficult but i just modified it for myself Im on a low carb/fasting diet and i been slimming down quickly: ) it feels great to finally be active before work in the morning

This was my first time doing yoga and I absolutely loved it Some of the things were a little hard for me because I am not flexible at all. Lol. I started a 365 day challenge for myself to do yoga at least 20 minutes everyday. I cant wait to see where Ill go in this journey

I think yoga is wonderful to find that inner peace and calm everyone is striving for. This world has become a bit of a s phony place to live in especially with social media. Your not running your own daily tv show worry about yourself put the phone down and let go.
