This 20 min advanced/intermediate yoga flow is for those who are looking to take their practice to the next level. However, this video has enough modifications that it is also great as an overall full body lengthening and releasing class for anyone thats familiar with yoga. Take what you need from this class. From headstands to hip opening postures, this class will get you moving, strengthening, and challenging yourself like never before. But remember, be patient with yourself. As you push yourself, listen to your body and its limitations & please BE CAREFUL not to go past your own practice level. Yoga is a journey and where you are is perfect and exactly where you need to be. Challenge yourself through gentle physical challenge, concentration, and acceptance. Be ok with where you are in each pose. Don't rush it. Just breath, let go, and have a little fun with it. ;)

As an athlete who has suffered significant peripheral nerve damage in my leg, adding yoga to my rehabilitation regime, has opened up a completely new avenue & paradigm to the way I connect with my body & think about mobility in every aspect of my life. Perhaps more importantly, it has profoundly augmented the manner in which I approach physical, mental & emotional maintenance, and ultimately, living. My injury has given me a sobering insight into the kind of age related deterioration that we will all suffer at some point in our lives (both physically & mentally. It's also been a firm reminder of the importance of remaining fluid & adaptive & responsive in my mentality & approach, which is right in line with some of the concepts I am learning through yoga. I am very thankful that I have gained life altering insight & tools at a relatively young age, when I can reap maximum benefit (in all areas of my life) that will reverberate far into my future, as opposed to age-gained wisdom in the far future, when circumstances (physical, mental, personal & interpersonal) have possibly progressed to the point that these tools & insight may only partially mitigate certain undesired situations. Sure, it sounds like a misguided truism of the hopelessly romantic, but there really is a positive consequence & benefit to everything that happens to us, especially the most trying, difficult, inexplicable & painful events. Admittedly, I've had a hell of a time at points in the last 2. 5 years, but my situation has led me to explore a different perspective, which ultimately, has led me here; to the grand here. My new epoch. The difference between recognizing those positive consequences and completely missing out on them, is purely a matter of perspective & perception. Straddle the line of realism & eternal optimism. Embrace the things that may otherwise bring you down. Learn first to accept what is. Then, seek the way to mould what is, into what you want. Patience, Diligence & Self-Discipline. Much love everyone

I did my first headstand today with this video. I've been doing your videos since last May, usually 3-4 a day mix between yoga, pilates and fitness. Last December I was doing this video and decided to just toy with the headstand and felt my body start to go there but fear took over and I came straight down. I became pregnant shortly thereafter and 2 months later lost the baby. After some serious grieving and some serious time doing your yoga for pms and restoration and other easy yoga and yin yoga videos for healing I decided to take my pain and turn it into determination to do the one pose I was afraid of, the headstand. I've been working up the strength and guts over the past month and a half. And today I did it. Thank you. There aren't words for how much practicing with you has changed my life. All the love and light. Melanie

Hey there, love your videos and i do some of them at least 3 times a week. I have no cellulite on my butt or back of thighs but have a lot at the front of my legs. Please do a MAT workout that targets these problem areas: ) It will be great to remove the nasty cellulite with your great workouts. For the record, i used to have some cellulite on my butt, but by doing some of your butt workouts it completely disappeared Loved the result from your workouts only and no change in the diet: )

Dear Boho Beatiful, I love your yoga videos, but since I am pregnant, I am not really sure, what poses can I do and what should avoid. Unfortunately, I could not find any video of yours which would suit for pregnant women. :( I tried other yogis videos, but one of them was good enough for me. :( So, I just wanted to let you know, I would love your prenatal yoga videos. Lots of Love: Sindy (24weeks pregnant _)

Thank you for the great video I was perfect for a quick morning session when i didnt have time for a full practice. The only thing I would recommend is since there was not a lot of time for warm up, i think the warrior2--> bind sequence should be before the bird of paradise sequence since i found it a bit more difficult getting into bird of paradise without warming up my shoulders.

I love doing this practice, it feels like a relaxing yoga session until I feel sweat dripping down my faceSeriously i dont know what it is about this particular flow but no workout (pilates, yoga nor weight training) has ever had made me sweat this much. My body is working hard but my mind doesnt even realize it because I'm so calmthank you for posting those awesome practices

thanks for sharing free yoga online. I am amazed at how modern yoga nowadays takes yogis right into peak poses without centering, breathing and systematic warm-up poses not even sun salutation at least. I hope anyone who is doing what this video is showing can have a slight just slight realization that advanced yoga has nothing to do with doing some impressive pose.

This was your first video I've tried and it was such a pleasant experience Such a nice little yoga sequence - short but with intentional movement and plenty of room for deep breathing and deepening of some nice twists and hip openers. And it didn't end with Sivasana, so it was easy to quickly do as a break and get right back to the rest of my day Thank you

Thank you for another great video The Bird of Paradise pose is as beautiful as the flower. You are very talented. Glad you are helping us to expand our yoga practice through this advanced video. Now I have some things to work toward. My compliments to whomever does the filming as it is beautifully and artistically done.
