Hey Manny, we used to sell that Eye Candy glitter liquid at our spa boutique back in the day. It works better if you dip your brush in the liquid and then dip in the glitter and then brush it on your eyelid, face, body, wherever. Also let the liquid dry before you open your eye. I used to gently fan it for a couple of seconds until it set. Hope this helps

So many other people deserve the recognition that this boy gets; the health service, firefighters, veterans, the serving, poor, women and men in crisis, ect.
