a deep cleansing shampoo
a shampoo that is meant for your scalp (i have oily scalp so i buy a shampoo for oily hair)
in order to grow your hair fast u need a clean balanced scalp build up free
use a lot of masks and leave ins and at the end a serum to lock the moisture
and always shampoo at least 2 times

I have buzzed hair, except I have like this emo hair goin on I guess, it goes down to my ear. So the ends were still bleached from last year. I don-t dye my hair from around May to the end of August because I swim in my pool. So, the ends of my hair are really dry, but you realize it more after I get out of the shower because the ends will be like straw. Lol

It-s not the best idea to completely switch to a sulfate free and paraben free shampoo suddenly. You need to get a clarifying shampoo to get rid of the build up of chemicals. The suave clarifying one is really great: ) also silicones are bad for your hair health so consider looking into products without any silicones.

I cut 6 inches of my hair about 7 months ago cause it was unhealthy and had split ends, and I wash my hair every few days even with oily hair cause I know if you wash it often it dries out your hair. It hasn-t grown at all since I cut it do you know what I-m doing wrong?

You stopped using sulfates but do u still use silicones? Plz respond.
I want to go sulfate free. But my hair THRIVES off silicones. Breaks without them. And without a sulfate shampoo my hair will look gross): help lol

I use suave shampoo and conditioner which continues sodium lauryl sulfate and my hair is still growing long fast but it-s most likely because I-m using caster oil in my roots twice a week
