My hair in the front was reaching the middle of my Adams apple, and now it's to the bottom of the Adams apple. It grew about. 75 inches in 12 days.
I used castor oil w aloe vera gel 3x
I've used the rice water treatment 3x

pls someone help me, my hair is like really thin, i like its lenght its just so thin cause of dying it a lot, so i want to try it before i-ll be bald cause castor oil havent done much. soo i just put it in my hair and sleep with it/waiting for it to dry? and keep my hair washing routine?

I don't think you are measuring your hair correctly and also, the fluctuation in hormones is most likely what is making your hair grow, not sure you can attribute that to the rice water. But, I'll give it a try and see if it works for me. Thanks and good luck on new baby.

I use to have the thickest healthiest chair ever and now I-ve lost so so so much after after having my first baby and even a year later I am still losing it in clumps. I can-t wait to try this. I hope it works for me!

Sorry if I missed it, but how long do you leave the rice water in your hair before rinsing it back out? Do you just leave it in all day / night without problems?
