Today I'm testing the new Vivid & Vibrant Eye Shadow Duo's from Still Cosmetics. the results may surprise you. CayaD: Tati We need crazy makeup lady T-shirts OMG i LOOOOOVE labradorite There is a really fancy flower shop on 14th street in NYC that i pass by every time i hang out with my best friend and they have a giant piece of it in the window. i'm the same i could stare at it for 20 minutes no lie. 20 is out of my budget for one eyeshadow but they are beautiful. Highlighter and shimmer shadows are like the labradorite for me. it's like i hear angels singing when i look at them. the inuits believed that it was made from the aurora borealis that is why it is so mesmerizing as you said. applying falsies for beginners would be a great video. i want to try them for special occasions but i'm scared for some reason. oh and great video as always. love you

My mom has leukemia and will be shaving her head in a few weeks to prep for chemo and a marrow transplant. I've been watching your videos for years but now I have her watching them too. I want to make my mom feel so pretty during this ordeal, and of all the beauty gurus I watch, you're the sweetest and just. most gentle. You just have a really pretty soul and it comes across in your videos. Your videos have really helped distract my mom from what she's going through, and I'm hoping I can keep her spirits up using techniques I've learned from you. Thanks for doing what you do, Tati

We may be long lost relatives. We have the same skin issues (including red knuckles and tops of hands, and purple has been my favorite color since I was 3 and (I live in New Orleans) we drove my dad to work downtown and I saw the three colored flags for Mardi Gras on a building. My mom told me what they each stood for and how purple was for royalty. I already loved the color and that just sealed the deal for my disney princess loving self. I don't know where I would wear it, but I love that amethyst one Sapphire is my birthstone so I'm drawn to that one too

I am very happy that you let the purple show up, it was Genius of you to put Brown Shades around the purple so the rest of your face was not affected very strongly by the purple. I am proud of you for stepping out of your comfort zone and wear some really bright colors on your eyes. I have noticed that sometimes your eyes are really blue and sometimes they are a bluish-green and even other times your eyes are so green they almost glow, or it seems that way. Thank you very much

I love the purple eye and yellow top Purple and yellow are so pretty together in my mind. My late son had grey eyes. With a blue shirt his eyes looked ice blue to dark blue and with a dark green or kelly green they looked emerald. Other times they looked pale grey, dark grey etc. He also had the longest prettiest eyelashes. My oldest son has big dark brown eyes (they almost look black) and amazing lashes. Why do boys get the lashes?

I have loved the color purple all my life. As a little girl when my mom wanted me to like pink, I liked purple. My bedroom as a little girl was purple and navy. If I could have found an affordable one, my wedding dress would have been lavender (I've wanted a purple wedding dress since I can remember. Btw, Tati you can rock a smokey eye anytime of day You look gorgeous And yes, 20 is too much for this little eyeshadow compact.

Labradorite is my favorite too, and I also have a giant chunk of it (my husband bought it for me for Christmas one year) And yeah, wrong name for that color. Hematite would have been better, if they wanted to stick with the gemstone theme and have it actually match the gemstone it was named after. That color looks like labradorite without any flash, which is the part that makes labradorite so beautiful.

I have a single shadow that I love and wear on a daily basis. And I think if it was 20, considering how much I use it, and considering how much I love it on me, I think it would totally be worth it. So if you found a specific one you really liked and knew you would use a lot, totally worth the splurge. Of those shades actually looks like the one I have. I might consider getting one of these.

Tati, I have a question, when using loose glitter I use a glitter glue but it still goes all over my face and when i try and remove it with a makeup wipe or cotton pad it wont budge so when i put my foundation on the glitter comes through and ruins my look- how do you manage to use loose glitter without the fallout ruining your makeup for the next few days x
