Relax people. You can eat junk food and still be in good shape. Some of my friends in the military eat junk food all the time and they still have abs. In my experience when I get off the fire line I eat junk food, and I have muscles. Usually they serve you burgers or hotdogs. Mind you I-m not Chris Hemsworth ripped and neither are my friends but we stay in shape. Physical activity is the key.
