Watch and see how model Tess McMillan spends her day before she walks in the Simone Rocha show during London fashion week. Avocado toast or a classic cheese toasty?

I used to love fashion. Clothes were so fun and shopping was exciting because the magazines and runways showcased them on people that I wanted to look like. I felt like maybe I could look the way the clothes looked if I had them. Clothes showcased on average looking people don't excite me. They don't draw my attention or inspire me to buy them. I'm happy that just anyone can call themselves -models- because they seem thrilled about it, but it sure has affected my buying habits.

It made me a little sad to notice that unlike in other model diary videos, Tess had no fellow -model friends- to greet her once she got there. Could be that it's only her second time on the runway, but par of me feels like it's due to the stigma that's on plus sized models in the high fashion sector.

Why does everyone constantly compare themselves to others? I never see someone and think -why can't I be like that? - I just try to be the best version of myself and surround myself with people who are sincere and care about me. I think the internet makes people forget what's really important in life.

Her bravery and self confidence is everything! Even if one feels that they are beautiful (which clearly she is, I could see how they would feel like they don't -belong- if they don't fit into a size 0 and are walking in one of these shows. I wish her continued success!

Can we stop this -plus size bs- to refer to women above size 0? This chick is NOT plus size. She's a regular normal looking woman. Stop making women who aren't walking skeletons feel like their too big. Bcs that's what PLUS size basically suggests.

Why don-t we stop judging her for her size and admire her for her kindness and courage to participate in the modeling industry when everyone of very much identical and stereotypically beautiful. Let-s celebrate real unique beauty!

The most lovely thing about her is her beautiful way of viewing others. to understand why others are cruel and not judge them in return is the pinnacle of -getting it-. beautiful lady. God Bless you!

She's great! And it's also great that -mid-size? - is starting to be represented but Miss Tess is still 12 and half feet tall so I guess us short folks will have to keep dreaming lol

I love this! I-m hoping to get signed by an agency this year to showcase petite models! It-s time that women like myself are represented in the industry

ignore the hate comments. you are beautiful. they are just toxic inside and project that outwardly. best of luck to her in her future endeavors.
