Never told anyone but my best friend! I-m afraid to tell doctor they would put me on psych hold. It-s not oh shoot I have to go in public. I was attacked, shot, held hostage with my young children, so they say PTSD, but I-ve worked on that. I-ve even forgiven. It starts with worry to insomnia can last 5-6 days, I felt like I-m buzzing or vibrating all inside my body, my palms and bottom of feet sweat constantly, I freeze and cannot make decisions even paying bills becomes huge chore. My senses go on over load. Breathe through my nose it feels like it hits hard in back of my tongue, so dry mouth bad. Smells I love like coffee knock me out of room and vision is weird like to clear, I make no sense, overthink everything. I get so incredibly sick I-m in bed for last few times almost 2weeks. My heart palpitations feels like my heart raises and slams down my left arm goes numb, sometimes both arms, I get bad skull cap are headaches. I went to ER one time they gave me the pills for heart attack nitroglycerin? Made it much worse. Now I just park outside until it passes. So I don-t know how many more therapists to go to. To all of you, my heart goes out! It-s horrific

i have social anxiety. especially with people that aren't in my close circle. when my ex and i were dating i was very reserved with his family and friends. and it was because of my extreme social anxiety. he never cared to understand me because he is so extroverted and a people person. It really sucked because I strongly believe he broke up with me because this was a huge issue for him since his family and friends are very important to him. I feel like his family didn't like me because of how i would act, although they never took the time to truly understand me. it really sucks. (i have only been in one relationship as a 26 y. o) i hope that my next relationship, is with someone that understands and acknowledges mental health

My daughter is very introverted and shy. I feel for her. People think she is rude when she doesn't speak to them. She was get so anxious and start to peel away between her fingers and nail biting. It should be recognised as a clinical condtion. It's often brushed over. She loved lock down because she didn't have to interact. Panic attacks are crippling as well. Well done to this young lady. ( Funny my daughter looks like her but wish she can become a bit more confident- she got her heart broken and revert back into her shell)

Besides the scientific and psychological side of this anxiety thing, there is ALSO a spiritual side to it, that I wish more people would acknowledge. The spiritual world is REAL. Demonic influence is REAL. If people don't want to believe it's real, just look up the HUNDREDS of testimonies about how people were finally freed and healed of mental illnesses when they turned to GOD for help.

-uncomfortable-. that's. uh. quite the understatement. but yeah, that aside, anxiety means your system went haywire and needs recalibration. CBT, medication (if needed) and guided exposure therapy can really help you reset. Panic disorder is literally the only mental health disorder that we have a cure for and people should be made aware of that in these discussions.

I was having panic attacks. Going to the hospital 3x a week. A doctor told me to take 900 mg a day of high grade fish oil. He recorded Carlson brand. Also get the lemon galore. Take a tablespoon in the morning with some protein & at night also with protein. It works. Never had to go to hospital since, 6 yrs. Hope this helps

I honestly would hate to be famous to the point where anyone in the world could recognize you. I could tell she was a bit anxious in the interview but she did great and probably helped a lot of people by being brave enough to talk about her issues.

Question is, how should we deal with stress. It-s a decades long overlooked issue, that has become a normallized part of everyday life. It-s long term effects can-t immediately be seen, but stress can cause many health problems.

I may be the only person on the planet who knew the name, but did not know who she was. This is my first time seeing her, and hearing her speak, and she seems like a very lovely intelligent caring empathic GENUINE person --
