I'm just going to give you a light tip never never rub the under eyes with all of your fingers because the skin that's on The Isaacs extremely thin if you rub too hard it can cause wrinkles so use your ring finger for on each hand and tap jently and if you want your eye makeup to stand out brighter put a little of concealer on the eyelids as a base and then put your eyeshadow on
