Can such familiar ingredients earn such a prestigious moniker? Let's find out, and let's take it one step further: by baking our own rustic country loaf to act as the bread for our creation. Recipe below! omfgBlondie: Start at 6am. Make sponge. Let that ferment for 8 hours, so 2-2: 30pm, make dough, let that rise for 2 hours, so it's now 4: 30-5pm. Make the boule and then rest for 45 minutes. It's now 5: 15-5: 45pm. Bake the bread for 35-45 minutes. It's now 6-6: 30pm. Cool loaf for two hours. It's now well past 8pm and we can finally have our sandwich.
