I watched through and every description you used to describe the paste was on point lol. I don t like sweet, but that kapeek pow is different. It s sweet but salty and spicy. I love the after taste too lol. It s super addicting. I miss it so much man. Growing up I didn t have a lot to eat sometimes so that would be my little meal to get me through until dinner time lol. Just a whole spoon of the paste and a whole bowl of rice. That s all I needed.

I am now watching the second restaurant, the owner / chef looks so friendly and the food looks great as well. Two questions: how do you manage to eat such a lot of food on the same day, almost without a pause? Or are the 3 restaurant visits filmed on 3 different days? Also - most of the restaurants you reviewed in the last couple of weeks look great, and very local. Do they also have englisch menues?

Watching from a cold and rainy UK! We were inspired in the middle of this video to go and prepare our lunch, and add a garlic and chilli crust to our pork and gammon steaks! Not a chance that they'll come out as good as anything we've seen here, but we crave garlic and chilli after watching you! Thanks for the inspiration!

What is the difference between all of those raw veggies compared to what we can get here in the states with our meals? It seems like here in the states u can order a salad. But in Asia it seems like everyone eats a lot of those unappetizing looking green veggies

These videos strangely make the current pandemic both bearable and not. It's been a year since I was in Thailand and yet every weekend I torture myself watching Mark tuck into the dishes I can't have again yet! Damn, and thanks: )
