Hats off to Nature (for making those awesome tomatoes, Sam (for buying them) and especially MAX, for his amazing camera work and lighting - those things were popping out of my TV! That beautiful vibrant red was so bright, I swear I saw spots when I closed my eyes. Also, I'm sure I speak for many when I say I'm always glad when you incorporate veggies into your dishes because I'm almost 40 and it's a struggle to keep the lard off my belly. So thanks for that!

- Holy Shit - it's glorious!
The very best - Ever!
I just love to watch your videos and learn - and HEAR your voice too.
Bliss, and instant inspiration = result!
Thank you, Sam and Max and the other person (in the background (sound) too, for making this an experience.

The Czech s rub their bread with garlic for their beef tartar. It s F ing delicious. You definitely should check it out. It would make a unique episode, and you will introduce your viewers to Biftec Tartarsky, which is completely epic. It might get you Knighted, even though the Czechs don t have a king any longer.

Sam: And even though there will garlic elsewhere, we ll just add a little bit of garlic to season the steak
Proceeds to dump 1/5 of the entire container of garlic powder on the steak
Sam over here single handedly propping up the spice and seasoning industry during lockdown.

I'm still waiting for my date with Chance. By the way, I laughed when he hesitated when Sam asked him if he was willing to get a probe thermometer. Anytime someone asks you a question that begins with probe You definitely have to give it some thought. Lol

The best is Thai Beef Salad. But not the kind they make in the US. You have to visit Thailand to see the many varieties of Beef Salad. Also Vietnamese Beef Salads are very good. Also could you guys up the volume? I can't hear the gardener.

Sorry Sam but a Steak should not be bastardised like this in a Salad. Not that it doesn't look freaking delicious, it does, but the salad can't be the first violin in any concerto where steak is involved: . Much Love!

More munchies please. I watched your videos with my 80+ yo folks, and we liked those the best. Although they would never eat anything like that, we were very entertained. They love you now too, Sam!
