if you want a fun hyper-regional recipe, may i suggest the Dinglewood Scrambled Dog from Columbus, GA: To the uninformed, who aren’t from around here, an original Scrambled Dog is served in a deep-dish banana split bowl. It contains a hot dog bun, a sliced wiener (or two, yellow mustard and chopped dill pickles. It is covered(and by covered the author means _drowned_ ) with chili (with or without beans) with a hand-full of oyster crackers on top. These items are optional: ketchup, coleslaw, chopped onions, grated cheese and Tabasco sauce.

Pro tip: For the cheddar bay biscuits use a whole cup instead of half. That is how its made at the restaurant and why it's probably never quite the same when you make them at home. Looking forward to making this. Also was wondering if you have ever done anything with Frikandel. Would love for you to work your magic and come up with a modern twist for this old time favorite sausage of mines.

Looking for ideas Make your birria recipe. Think of this as a ragout. Make fresh pasta, but sub out half the flour with masa harina. You’ll need to bump up the hydration over your usual recipe. Cook the fresh pasta only a minute, then finish cooking in a pan with the birria and pasta water as needed. Garnish with fresh cilantro and cotija cheese. You will not be disappointed!

I wish that one day you would make anticucho. This is a very popular appetizer in Peru. It is so good that many people eat them on the streets after leaving the clubs. Anticuchos are traditionally made with cow heart but I have had it with chicken, shrimp squid and beef tenderloin. It is served on skewers. It is so good and your kind of food!

What about a recipe for an Indiana Pork Tenderloin sandwich. It’s probably made in other regions but I know it from Indiana. Thin pork tenderloin pounded out to be very thin and then coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried. It’s usually a huge diameter. On a bun with whatever toppings. Could be made quite interesting.

First off, love the videos and I'm copying the sauce recipe. However those Brats where not smoked, they where BBQ'd (there's a difference. Very little smoke at 350. Smoke at 250, high smoke setting then crank the heat up to crisp them up. Just my 2 cents that make absolutely no difference

Its a little salty; I mean the language. Do we REALLY need to use some words just to make a glorified chicken pot pie LOL
I do have a sense of humor, just wonder how we as a society have become so loose with the tongue. don't get me started with rap.

make a lasagna but a Mexican lasagna. when I make it I combine ground beef with salsa and velvetta, then refried beans, and flour tortillas alternating. top with shredded cheese and I'm sure you can come up with a way to improve it.

When Sam fed it with a spoon, the cameraman or someone seemed to react by avoiding it, what's that about (7: 52) Does this smell bad I was thinking about making this recipe, but should I hold off for now

Hey Sam, you should make my grandpa’s pork chops.
Pork chops covered with a 1/4 inch slice of onion, 1/4 inch of brown sugar, 1/4 inch of butter.
Cook in a low oven (250-275.
Basted often.

I see using smoked sausage as well. Brats would be better, IMO, but I am sure that smoked sausage would work as well. Dont have a smoker, so I will probably grill them. When it warms up a little.

for better biscuits. slice dice and cube (very small) an appropriate amount of butter that you see fit. toss and separate into the dry powder before u add milk. (add garlic powder at this point too)

Recipe suggestion: Country fried chicken, mashed potatoes with chicken gravy, and a mix of black-eyed peas and green beans. I'm begging you guys to make this. I've posted it many times. Please!

I've never had a pot pie with red and yellow bell peppers. Usually, I just have carrots peas, and celery. The peppers don't sound appetizing. The spinach and brats seem like a good addition though.

how about do something that actually uses paprika, but not that red dust that's flavourless. How about Hungarian Chicken Paprikash using a good Hungarian Paprika, which has tons of flavour!
