The number of technical errors in this hurts my head. Breading the chicken is literally pointless. Theres is no more crispness after covering and cooking it in the flavorless onion tomato sauce. Not to mention how dry it would be after flattening it, cooking it through, then baking it. Add some basil and oregano to the sauce for crying out loud! Just no. JUST NO! Much room for improvement here. MUCH ROOM! Lol
