I think you nailed these-- the bridge of Rhett's nose isn't AS wide as you say, but it is distinctively wide and so exaggerating the distance between his eyebrows helps to capture the distance between his eyes--and his eyes, though intense, are not as rough as you might initially think since he has such thick, powerful eyebrows. So you really got the softness that his eyes actually have.
Link's jaw could be wider, and the tip of his nose could be exaggerated to more of a point. However, his big eyes (picture you have doesn't show it too much, he really has big eyes, eyebrows and of course the overall likeness really is there.
This was a good video for me to learn from, as I venture into caricature.

I feel like link's face is a little too distorted and the space between rhett's eyes is a bit too wide. but great job all the same
