How to Draw a Cartoon Bear for Beginners - Christopher Hart Brewster: Hello Christopher. First of yours I have seen. Funny because I bought one of your books (Drawing on the Funny Side of the Brain) years ago but have not touched it since. Thought I would check to see if the names matched - I recognized the style and sure enough! Curious in this video and presumable others what pencil you are using - capable of light, dark, and erasure. HB? Softer? Harder? I finally want to try some cartooning. I frequently get the ideas for scenarios and jokes - especially political - but never developed the drawing skills. High school art teachers tried to get me to pursue it. Wish I had. Maybe it's still there.

Christopher, I love your work. I have three of your books that I love. How to draw cartoon animals, how to draw comic strips, and everything you ever wanted to know about cartooning. I love those styles. I am a high school physics teacher. I love to reproduce your drawings to help me illustrate our concepts. I was wondering if you could do a few videos showing cartoon athletes throwing objects. I would also love cartoon cars. We use those alot! Thank you!

i kind of changed mine because I wanted a cool bear that looked like he could go on his own. In other words I want him to look like a half grown cub
