Not bad but would the heel really work? I've done it with dumbbell. But only to up set my niece. She knew I was strong but watching me eat my dumbbell when I pretended I could not see her. An decided on a snack of eating my chocolate dumbbell's. She did not intrude on my snack but kept looking at me kind of strange. Than I showed up with a new set of dumbbell's and dropped one just for fun. One was real one was halfway chocolate. To this day she has not figured it out. Ha ha ha
