I'm just watching this through and it's great presentation. Two comments:
1. We always know that icebergs are really big underneath - almost 90% by volume
2. You can say that you know costs upfront in the cloud but in reality you ussually don't know how much stuff will cost until you will be running sometinhg in specific configuration and the extra requirements might really drive costs up, depending what you need to turn on.

Does anyone have any idea of a way to get the 12 months free extended? I was a dork and signed up, started to do it, then ended up having to focus on something else. Now I'm trying to learn it and it's all pay as you go, no way around it even with another email. I may have to go with AWS instead.

I've found two things that may be confusing, a zone does not have only one data center it can have multiple, and for the shared responsibility, in the SaaS model, the customer is responsible for the data too. Just to clarify things up. :D

I work within Azure AD every day, all day long. Is this a waste of money/time because I have the experience? I'm thinking of A+ as I wouldn't obtain that because of my experience.
