It is easier than this video a lot. 1.Just type -de- in the bottom left Conner than -Defragment and Optimize Drives- will popup. 2. Click it. 3. click Analyze and leave it till finish. 4. click Optimize and leave till finish. That's all you have to do.

Thank you! I had mine optimize button gray out and not available message. I tried a lot of ways from many sources but it didn't work until I found this cmd prompt. My drive was 47% fragmented.
