Privacy
If I have to install anything, then Greenshot is better. It's open source, cross-platform, and it works. I just dislike using third-party tools when the OS should simply offer the ability via a hotkey combo (e.g. press PrtScr with Scroll Lock on or something - no one uses Scroll Lock anyway so make it do something useful).

Terrible video, taking 2:30 to explain something that should only take 30 seconds. Long adds, and the video itself is an add for sketchy software.
