A helpful video, (even though some options are different as I've only just downloaded v25.0.8), but not enough to show you how to produce a recording. I need more. This one explained the interface and settings. I'm looking for one that takes you through the complete process, Recording a video, adding scene's, fade's etc and then saving the completed package as one video. Also an explanation as to why, when you first start QBS, it's shows an infinte number of duplicate windows which I find confusing, and for some reason mine does not. They seemed to be tiled one on top and off the screen so I'm assuming there is and option to reset to default, which I have yet to find. Can anyone point me to a good tutorial that will help,,Thanks in advance

Thank you for posting this video. I'm trying to teach a general music class online during the COVID 19 pandemic. I was struggling pretty hard trying to find a way to capture my voice, my slideshows, YouTube videos, and Spotify. This software was recommended to me by a friend, and your video very quickly explained to me how to do everything I needed to do!!

I seem to be having a major issue with OBS as my audio interface shows up in my settings and audio appears to be coming through in the softwares mixer but no audio during playback. PLEASE HELP! I had everything working fine last week and I m not sure what I could have done to get everything to stop working. I m running a focusrite clarette 4pre.

Do you know how to record everything on your screen including the audio mixer and all that (if its even possible)? Im trying to record something in full screen but a big chunk of the content is taken away for some reason and i think its cause that big chunk is where the audio and stuff is

For those of you that requested this tutorial. Hopefully it helped you with the basics of getting started with OBS Studio. I used to record my screen with iSpring Free Cam , which is good. OBS Studio is a lot better with higher frame rates and more options. Thanks for watching :)

I don't have the option for game capture, Idk why. I am on a mac. I have no tech expirence, and apparently I have to use something called Syphon , but when I look for how to use it all i find are super complicated stuff that I don't understand.

Did you made a tutorial for putting Jingles (short audios playing simultanoualy every 2/3 tunes) for live stream radio 24/7 on youtube? Cant find it anywhere and I am pretty sure that I seen some tutorial before). Do you know how to do it?

Thank you for doing this! I Must be doing something wrong as I end up with a completely corrupted mp4 image (black with white rectangles and lines...if you would take the time to make a suggestion that'd be much appreciated!;)

Hi thanks for this, but can I set this up to film from my Canon M50 camera rather than using the webcam? Also, does it have the functionality to show me on the screen at the same time as showing/recording the desktop? Thanks
