Even the most seasoned gym veteran can use a bit of extra workout motivation from time to time. In this video, I compiled workout and training footage from various workouts and paired them up with some good old fashioned epic music to help get you fired up for the next session. Though you can never tell the amount of effort someone else is exerting when they train, I can assure you that mine was through the roof as I pushed through ever exercise in this montage. The benefits of explosive training are unquestioned, and with ATHLEAN-X-explosive exercises are in place to bring out the athleticism buried deep inside even the most unathletic. I include two of my favorite forms of conditioning in this one workout video as well; sprinting and jump rope. The sprints take place on a state of the art Woodway treadmill capable of up to 15mph running. Even though this is much faster than what you may be used to running at, it is actually quite doable if you get into a good rhythm. In fact, major league baseball athletes have been clocked at 22mph running the bases. Battle ropes are something that we haven-t made a video about specifically on this channel. That said, they can be a great conditioning tool as well. Some think about these drills as involving only the arms however you can make them especially beneficial and athletic by incorporating the legs as well. Mixing in some classic lifts like hang cleans, deadlifts, incline bench and weighted pullups to compliment the conditioning and keep the gains coming. Hi jeff, i couldnt find any email or other contact info. So ill write it here. Im a 17 year old bodybuilder, who has been training for about 2, 5years. Ive got massive gainz, im the strongest guy in my age in my town and among the people i know. Ive got a massive chest, a good and wide back, super good legs and ok calves, & ofcourse big arms with good bic/tric ratio. BUT! My shoulders are soo bad! People laugh at them! Ive watched every video on how to make them grow, tried many programs and even bought a program for $59! That didnt work either! Ive tried to train them up to 4times a week! and down to 1 time a week. I need help! What should i do? Thanks.

jeff you should try a competition in the strentght wars by bodybuilldingrev ive stuck with your workouts and tips for almost three ears i was reallyn ripped feel great still feel great i just got hungrier with it and it became a lifestyle because i used to be overweight but now through hard ass work that i learned from you i made my body great and im about to turn 16 now this month andi feel awesome as a young guy in highschool and through your workouts and plans with some of my own additives i created im am one of the strongest in ther thank you jeff for making athlean x and screw all the haters that wann talk bad about my comment or jeff

For anyone here who has the AthleanX program. Chances are that I won't be able to fully follow the meal plans(im 13) but will take -advice- and eat meals close to that. Also, I go to the gym, don't lift very heavy but slowly get heavier but I have gotten good results. I want to build more muscle while losing the excess fat to define muscles. Would you guys say buying the Plan is worth it? (With My situation)

Hey, I was wondering if anyone had any tips or links for workouts I could do. I'm a thirteen year old guy, very tall and lanky, and I've just started getting into this workout stuff. I don't have anything except for a dumbbell set. If anyone has any ideas, please tell me.

My right colarbone is starting to grow uneven could you please make a video on how to make it go back to place, stop the growth or reduce the growth. I know alot of people who are having the same problem, and you can't find a real answer on google. Please Help, thanks

Hey Jeff could you make a video about nutrition for guys wanting to get big but have trouble with their diet because they suffer horrendous gout attacks? I've got a friend that suffers from gout if he increases his protein intake. Any suggestions please?

hey, looking for exercise(s) to strengthen/ correct the linea alba because I've been noticing some sort of separation(diastasis recti) but not sure yet. Thanks!
