I just did this workout and it is amazing! I just have a problem with the stretching part on the incline bench, any tips on position or something to feel it more in the back? I felt the stretching more in my forearms than my back. Took me 1h15-1h30 with 1min - 1min15s rests between sets

Abel are machine bette then free weight I-m sure you get better pysique with free weight. but this training is great. You want result train harder

You told about exercises 10 we know these all 10 we want to know the correct form to do these exercises which this video doesn't tell

--lmao here-s a workout for you. guy shows us every single back workout you can do in a gym like we gonna do all that in one session.

Abel is the best person when it comes to getting into routines, this is one of my favourite back workout session for me personally.
