My husband was deployed for most of 2020 and I did the same, I know the struggle. Half way through my journey I realized it was less about the weight and losing inches and more about valuing my body and my worth. now I'm pregnant with our second and I'm already looking forward to another journey when I'm ready after baby 2. Kudos to you, we are stronger than we give ourselves credit for!

Great story! I did the same thing years ago back in the 80s- Completely transformed myself. Got married when I was 21, had a couple of kids, and fell away from the heavy routine they got me in shape! Life gets in the way, especially in today's fast paced world! I'm going to try to do it again- At 55 years old. We'll see!

Out of curiosity, she said she invested money into training. How much money did she invest in this? Cus if a trainer costs 1k a month. I don-t know affordable a transformation is
