If You Haven't Gained Muscle As A Vegan WATCH THIS (ft. Jon Venus & Nimai Delgado)
video description
Like me for example, I was tired of slow progress and thought I didn't look into my calorie intake. so I was like phuck it, I am going full HAM and ate 5000-6500kcal for six months and then I got so tired of eating that much, so I was eating still around 4600-4900kcal on average for another six months. I started with 80kg and ended up with quite lean 86, 5kg. in a year.
So every calculator for my body type and training was wrong. I felt strongest and looked my best. I didn't do cardio btw. How weird is that.

Love this. For two months I've been eating little meat and dairy. Slowly going towards veganism, and get more excited with each step I take. I'm eating foods like lentils and quinoa for the first time. I went through that stage of eating way too many nuts, too much honey, overall too many calories. It's all good though. Grateful to be patient with the process, and to have found you and Nimai. Thanks for all you do.

One thing to note as well is not just moving the weight but applying appropriate Time under Tension for muscle gains. Too many people just try to do fast explosive workouts, thats why they dont see as much muscle gain.

How big? Everyone has different body types. Both of these guys have big body types. What if you are a thin body type? Can you gain large muscles as a vegan?

I don't know how people can eat a lot more calories than they need. I'm only hungry enough to eat as much as I need. Anything more doesn't feel good.

I see you have the book Ready Player One.
I would recommend one called The Land Founding. By Aleron Kong. A sort of new genre called Litrpg.
