The Contains section denotes eggs, milk, wheat, soy and tree nuts. It will sometimes indicate the specific nuts it contains, like pecans, almonds or peanuts (which aren't really nuts. Additionally, there's the may contain section which includes ingredients that are not necessarily in the actual recipe for the food but indicates instances of possible cross contamination. Finally, always look for things like cheese and gelatine, which are sometimes only included in the main ingredient section but not always in the contains or may contain sections.

I drink energy drinks but only on those days when I do not get my breakfast which is actually an energy bomb! My breakfast:
0 water-soaked rolled oats bowl
0 two bananas (can be changed: apples, oranges etc, JUST IMPROVIZE)
0 two dates
0 flax seeds
0 hemp seeds
0 blueberries if it is the season
0 water-soaked chia seeds (in the same bowl as oats)
0 walnuts (maybe wall-nuts? :o )
AND BOOM YOU ARE EXPLODING WITH ENERGY!

For the special tip, I think its critically important to always check the ingredient list regardless and not go based off the allergens in bold writing. I work at a grocery store and there are many products which don't have allergens and contain non vegan ingredients like gelatin or sometimes the product will claim diary free and will not have milk as an allergen, yet still contain caseinate as an ingredient.

First up: planes.
Me: Planes are vegan? Lol
In all seriousness, though, I personally stay away from palm oil because any vegan item that includes it I technically don't consider the item vegan because of the animals palm oil kills and leaves without a habit and home. But that's my personal unpopular vegan opinion

I thought Monster was vegan for the most part, but there's also new contenders out there like Bang and Reign that are vegan as well IIRC. But, for anyone who is a fan of Monster, look for their Farmer's Oat Milk one that came out recently. I've heard it's pretty good, so that's a plus.
