I suffer from Chronic Migraines, Sleep disorders including Narcolepsy/Central sleep apnea and chronic pain from a major injury I had some years ago. I finally went fully plant based about two weeks ago. It's been a lot easier than I thought it would be. I'm seeing results already like more blood flow in my extremities. Headaches went from Daily to maybe 2 times or 3 times a week as of right now. I've been wathching your video's along with others of different things to cook together for big hearty meals. With low ass energy from the Narcolepsy I'm still struggling to make every meal. Going to keep going forward with plant based for sure. Thanks for your efforts!

I don't think it's wise to walk out in public. Why? Pete Covid, the 19 y/o that was walking his dog right on that same wooden trail. sneezing for quarter of a mile. and because he was alone, he didn't cover his mouth; let's not say anything about his lack of manners. Now you are walking the same wooden trail an hour later thinking Pete is not around, but he is.
Don't forget, 1 infecrs 2, now. 2 infects 4. keep doing the math, and that one gets to over 50, 000.
So, stay home for the next 3 weeks.
Thanks,

I've been taking walks at night or if I do take them during the day if I run into another human I cross the street or maintain that 6ft distance. I think as long as you maintain that social distance outside you should be okay and exercise is something I see EVERYONE recommending as long as you're by yourself or with someone in your household.

hey! I also don't have a home gym so I've been filling a back pack with my moms cookbooks hahaha I do squats, deadlifts, and even shoulder presses with it. Still might not be enough wait for you (maybe try a big suitcase) but it'll do! It's fun trying to get creative lol

fresh vegetables are still in stock in stores because they're perishable. people are stocking up on stuff that can last months like canned, frozen, and dried foods so they don't have to leave the house

If you only have light weights, do unilateral excercises and do more supersets (more whole body excercises rather than isolation ones! May the gains never be lost: )

I like idea of vegan diet and I like vegan meals. What I don't like are farts and bloating. Any advice other than keeping a window open?
