I usually perform #5 while hanging on to an overhead bar. This option seemed easier at first, but I found myself having to put more effort into enaging my core because you tend to slip and slide. As a result, you workout a very effective set (s. Thanks Amy.

This was insanely intense, and I loved it! I had to modify it because I don't have a bench at home, so I did it on the stability ball instead. The reverse crunches were done on the floor. Pretty certain I had the same effect, cause damn, that burns! LOL
