This is how I do it:
-I follow alone from start to end.
-Take 3 minutes break to catch my breath
- do 50 jump squarts (20, 15, 15)
2 days rest. (No butt workout )
- following day, follow alone from start to end
-3 minutes break
-Lift weight (dumbbell ) 60 squarts (20x3reps)
3 days rest.
I didn-t change or add anything to my diet
At the end of 2. 5weeks my hips increased from 45. 5 to 46ins.
---any advice for me?

I love the video! But would it be possible for there to be a sound for the countdown from 3 to the end? Because you can-t keep looking at your phone while doing the exercise?
