This video is an insult to any reputable buffet service manager. The food looks luke warm, not prepared and served to order, and many items looke like yesterday's dinner, not a morning or noon brunch buffet. The secret to a good buffet management is to have JUST ENOUGH variety, but not everything all at once. Concentrate on serving all FRESH foods, FRESHLY PREPARED and available in small portions allowing for second-servings, but not more than 30-40 items at one time. Forget desserts other than fuits and perhaps fresh-baked pies or small slicings of cakes cooked TODAY. Half this food looked like a soup kitchen, not a first-class restaurant. And cameraperson, learn how to use a camera, show the items directly, not from an angle, and take the time to allow your viewers to spend a couple seconds looking directly at each item, giving the name and the type of food it is. We can all recognize scrambled eggs, but most of us don't know all the kinds of egg rolls or soups or beverages that might be served at a buffet. This video will DETRACT from business at that hotel, not add to it. Find a fabulous buffet and go there and interview the buffet manager, she or he will be happy to take you around with your camera and explain how they make FRESH food.

I use to eat at the MGM GRAND BUFFET but by the looks of your video, some of the food choices were picked through and they weren't in any hurry to refill them. I don't eat seafood and it looked like the crab legs were the highlight. I will stick to the MIRAGE, WYNN, VENETIAN and PARIS buffets for now. More expensive but they have better choices of food.

I had dinner there on 29th April 2015. Fair price (30. 00, water, soda and juice included, excellent waiters and very nice food. (with cold and steamed crab legs) They ask you to try to enjoy your experience in no more than 2 hours, which is time enough. Would certainly go back there, for sure.

The buffets in Las Vegas have become so expensive. I remember the days the buffets were 5. 99. what a bargain. Today the price is hiked up and the quality is to always there. That aside I am a buffet fan despite being a vegetarian. Thanks for the upload, enjoyed the film.

We just stayed at the MGM last week. The Mothers Day Champagne Brunch had no seafood inspite of being advertised as having it. We were not impressed the second chance we gave it the next day for lunch either.

Does not look like it's worth 30. 00. This looks like it could be a Golden Coral rather thank a Vegas buffet. Deserts look like a supermarket bakery selection.

Am I the only one who see crab legs as a pile of insect parts? Sea cockroaches that every seems to love. Reminds me of something a Klingon would eat, dissected piles of insect arms.

The buffet has degraded in quality through the years, very surprising but true. Do not recommend it. There are so many many better buffets in Vegas. It actually SUCKS.

I don't understand the negative comments, the food looks fine to me. I'm not a buffet critic and I haven't been all over to compare but don't see whats wrong with it.

This buffet seems to have a rich array of foods. veggies, meat and fish. Soup and desserts add some luxurious flavour to this restaurant.
