idk, my parents did this to me and Im 23 now and I wish they hadn't, I wish I was brought up in one neighbourhood and close childhood friends, knowing the streets like the back of my hand and with pets and plants. I wish they gave me a stable homely childhood and put my needs before what they thought was right for me. they did a good job of convincing me that the hardships of traveling were worth it and I was grateful as a kid only to realise that i was hiding the pain inside me all these years because i couldn't bring myself to tell them im not happy and appear ungrateful or weak. so i kept a cheerful front, i think its really important to grow in a solid base because you'll really feel like u missed out when ur older, travelling can be done in your 20s but that childhood you never get it back, the memories of a home, the bestfriends, a town, a pet, i wish my parents could have given that to me, i wouldn't have grow up to be so lonely, insecure and traumatised by the goodbyes otherwise. at least theres 3 of them i was just me

You guys are so inspiring to me. I am only twelve but I am so moved by this. Teaching your kids how to be kind, brave and to remember what it is like to be the new kid is right. I am speechless. Ur family is amazing and you should be proud of the kids that you have raised. If I was any of your kids I would be so grateful to have great parents and experiences that other kids dont get. Taking your kids on a journey around the world is the right thing to do. I find it teaches them manners, helps them to conquer fears and problems but most of all it teaches them to be kind and brave. Love from your mum and dad is food for the soul. It makes the impossible, possible, and the furthest star within reach. Your children will literally soar through the furthest reaches of the universe with the love that you shower and bestow upon them. May every parent emulate and give at least a little of what you give to your children, starting with a hug and I love you that comes from the deepest recess of the heart. The world would be a so much better place to live in

Wonderful life I also travelled with my kids since they were like 1 yrs old, but in my case only for two weeks at time. Travelling is the best part of my life, and when you travel with your family you are really bonded, you need to stick together, you experience so much new things together as a family. I'm saying to everyone go out and see the world with your family, big or small kids doesn't matter, make them used to travelling since they are kids.
